This network was born from a simple truth.  When women gather with intention, the world begins to shift.

For too long, the dominant power structures - patriarchal, profit driven, consumption based - have excluded or exploited women, especially those at the intersection of race, class, ability and queerness.

We want something better.

We choose a different model, one rooted in connection, equity and collective strength and wisdom.  This is a place where women can come together not to compete, but to collaborate.  Not to climb ladders, but to sit in circles and support one another.  Here, knowledge and resources are shared, exchanged and power is redefined, not as control but in capacity to listen, create, lead and transform.
